This machine features a spring piston to control water press through coffee similar to a classic espresso machine. The brew group holds coffee grounds with sealed portafilter that is locked for pressurized brewing. This process gives you a delicious flavourful coffee drink with buttery mouth feel and creamy foam top layer.
