Cristales Orange Bourbon coffee features a special 24 hour dry anaerobic fermentation process. The producers' mission was to achieve the ideal moisture level for the coffee. This was achieved by placing the beans inside GrainPro bags for 60 hours while maintaining a temperature level below 22°C through submerging the bags in water tanks. Finally, the beans were dried on raised beds at a temperature below 35°C until the ideal moisture level was achieved.
