Mauricio Salaverrfa grew up as a coffee farmer from a young age, now he owns five small coffee farms and owns a production processing plant under his supervision.

Pacamara, Bourbon, Pacas and Mara Catturra are the most famous varieties of coffee grown in his farms.

This is a specialty blend of all of their farms that are located in Western El Salvador, includes fincas CruzGorda, El Copo, VillaGalicia and Divisadero.

These coffees are all dried on African beds for 21 days and are 100% Shade grown.
